Uwe Scheihing, new Chief Financial Officer of dataTec AG
dataTec AG, one of the leading distributors of measuring instruments and test equipment in Germany, is pleased to announce the appointment of Uwe Scheihing as new Chief Financial Officer. "With his experience, passion and motivation, Uwe Scheihing will be supporting the company on its growth trajectory in the areas of finance, team building and organizational development," explains Markus Kohler, CSO of dataTec. He emphasizes: "His expertise with a strong focus on internationalization is the ideal addition to our Management Board team and we look forward to working with him."
Uwe Scheihing brings more than 20 years of experience to the table in the financial sector of companies at the international level and can therefore provide dataTec with valuable impetus for the next phase of growth. "At dataTec, opportunity and challenge converge and that meshes perfectly with my professional DNA. My discussions with the members of the Management Board and my future team, in particular, convinced me that this was the right decision," says Scheihing. As the new CFO, his plan is not merely the further optimization of the area of finance. "I see my role as augmenting the dataTec Management Board team as well as providing fresh perspectives. I would also like to further expand the Finance department and bring certain services back into the company in order to further increase our efficiency and expertise," explains Scheihing. He attaches great importance to close and trusting cooperation.
