How can I order?

If the "Proceed to checkout" button is not displayed, then one or more products in your shopping basket can only be ordered on request. In this case, please send us your shopping basket as a quotation request and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I request a non-binding quotation?
Request a quotation for your purchase or for your budget planning by adding the measuring devices and test equipment you require to the shopping basket. Then click on "Convert shopping basket to enquiry" in the shopping basket and send us your enquiry free of charge.
If you do not require a quotation but would like to order directly, this is also possible.
Can I have the shopping basket checked by the dataTec experts?
Of course, you can also have your shopping basket checked for consistency by the dataTec experts. Simply click on "Check shopping basket" in the shopping basket and send us your enquiry in the next step.
How long does the processing take?
Your request for a quotation or your order will be processed immediately, but no later than the following working day.
We want to make the ordering process as convenient as possible for you, which is why you will see details of the current delivery time and availability for each item in the online shop. This information is updated daily, but in exceptional cases there may be deviations from actual stock levels. We ask for your understanding.
How are the prices listed made up?
The prices quoted are ex works or our warehouse in Reutlingen, plus the applicable VAT and plus shipping, packaging and transport insurance costs.

Delivery is free of charge for orders over 50 euros in the online shop.
