Ute Althoff, for example. Born in the Rhineland, she has been part of the team for twelve years. "Dealing with people – that's just what I do" To quickly develop a feeling for "what my counterpart is like" on the phone and then to adapt to it – that's always great. And if you can have the occasional humorous verbal exchange with a buyer, "then all is well with the world for me."

The customer management team is the personal contact for customers – from the initial contact through to after sales service and often for many years. You know one another and know what you have in common. Real dataTec experts are at work here, and the customers know that too. And if you can help them solve a tricky issue, they are happy – and so is the team.

Her colleague Anja Weber has been part of the team for almost three years. "In total we are 17 women and only two men – the fact that it is always respectful and friendly is quite remarkable.
