In order for dataTec customers to receive service and technical competence from a single source, one wheel has to mesh with the other. A good example of this is the cooperation between the dataTec experts Cathrin Kieckbusch, Suman Kumar Mondal, Marc Wolf and their respective departments.

When a customer calls dataTec, the call is forwarded to Customer Management. "Often we can help immediately," explains Cathrin Kieckbusch, one of the colleagues there. "For example, if the customer has meaningful key data with which the needs can be easily identified." Her customers and Cathrin Kieckbusch herself benefit from the many technical training courses at dataTec and her experience from around twelve years in Customer Management.

If the task is more difficult, additional competences come into play – for example those of Marc Wolf or Suman Kumar Mondal. For more than 20 years, sales engineer Marc Wolf has been advising his customers in the field of electronic measurement technology and developing high-end solutions together with them on site. The desire for technology and advice fascinates and motivates him – and has driven him since day one.

An application engineer with heart and soul is Suman Kumar Mondal. He is at Marc Wolf's and his customers' side when the metrological requirements become particularly demanding. "Our work at dataTec and with our customers often brings completely new challenges at a high technical level. Such pioneering work can only function if you harmonise as a team, if you can rely on your colleagues, if everyone is fully committed and if everyone contributes all their know-how."

Once the customer's needs have been clarified, the Customer Management team prepares the offer – for larger projects, this is done together with the colleagues from Field Service. Cathrin Kieckbusch: "If a customer then tells us during the next call how well we had helped, that is a sense of achievement – for me, for dataTec and for the customer. That's perfect."
