The specialist distributor of measurement and testing technology dataTec AG has once again been awarded the title “Employer of the Future” by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (diind). This is the second time in a row that the company, which has headquarters in Reutlingen and Switzerland, has been recognized. The prestigious employer seal is traditionally awarded to companies where digitalization, sustainability and ensuring future viability play a central role in the corporate culture. At dataTec, skilled workers are given an attractive workplace and long-term career prospects.
"Well-trained specialists are our most important asset,” emphasizes Tamara Kraus, Head of HR at dataTec. “That's why we recruit, even when times are challenging for the company.” In the past financial year 2023/24, dataTec already felt a reluctance to invest due to the difficult political and global economic situation. Nevertheless, the Management Board decided to position itself in the best possible way in terms of personnel and to invest in the site so that the company can react flexibly to changing market requirements. In order to attract and retain qualified employees, dataTec has also been focusing for years on measures to increase its attractiveness as an employer, including the “Work-Home Balance” campaign.
