For demanding repair work on circuit boards with multi-pole fine-pitch components, you need, in addition to the Weller WHA3000PS hot air station, a circuit board holder and a powerful preheating plate with adjustable heating zones.

This hot air repair set offers you this entire package at an excellent special price.

The hot air station WHA3000PS is characterized by the highest level of process reliability, user-friendly, intuitive operation and technically sophisticated solutions. The supply unit has an output of 700 W. The temperature of the handpiece can be regulated between 50 and 550 ° C. The amount of air is generated by a turbine and can therefore be set between 5 and 50 l / min. The vacuum function is integrated directly in the nozzle system.

The station has a manual and an automatic operating mode. In manual mode you set the required parameters and operate the hot air and vacuum manually. A 3-stage temperature profile can be saved in automatic mode. All other settings can also be saved as a parameter set.

The circuit board holder with stand is suitable for one-sided and two-sided assembled circuit boards with a maximum clamping area of 310 x 320 mm. The circuit board fixation can be adjusted in the x and y directions.

The infrared preheating plate also included in the set can simply be pushed into the guide of the circuit board holder. The heating plate has an output of 600 W and a heatable area of 120 x 190 mm. The heating zones are heated quickly, precisely and efficiently using 3 infrared high-temperature heaters. The temperature range is 50 - 400 ° C. A digital display shows the target and actual temperature clearly.
