The Wayne Kerr 6500B Series Impedance Analyzers allow you to quickly and accurately test components at frequencies up to 120 MHz. The basic measurement accuracy is ± 0.05%.

The accuracy and versatility make the precision analyzers the ideal choice for many different tasks and applications, including design of passive components, characterization of dielectric materials and manufacturing tests.

Engineers need to evaluate component properties at high frequencies with high accuracy. The precision impedance analyzer 65120B with 120 MHz is therefore ideal for many demanding tasks and combines accuracy and ease of use at an affordable price. If no frequency range up to 120 MHz is required, other models are available. The Wayne Kerr 6530B has a frequency range up to 30 MHz.
