The Wayne Kerr 5400L10 is a high precision LCR meter specifically designed to meet the needs of high current inductance test systems. With an external DC bias power source, it offers a maximum current rating of up to 300A/500kHz or 250A/1MHz using 10 or 12 x 3265B DC Bias Units, ensuring robust test performance. Thanks to its three operating modes and independent calibrations, the 5400L10 covers a wide range of testing needs while providing high testing speed.
With a basic accuracy of 0.05% and a measurement frequency range of 10 Hz to 10 MHz, the 5400L10 delivers reliable results. The AC signal source enables flexible and precise signal generation with an output power of 5Vrms/200mArms. Additionally, up to 4 different parameters can be measured at 3 different spot frequencies simultaneously, enabling comprehensive testing and analysis.
The 5400L10 offers automatic level control (ALC) for constant voltage or current on the device Under Test (DUT) and only requires a one-time calibration of the fixture. Thanks to the option for a real-time data logger (/D), measurement results can be saved efficiently in real time.
The LCR meter can be controlled via GPIB, LAN or USB interfaces and offers an energy-efficient operating mode and precise testing at every frequency. With its multi-point multi-bias capability, the 5400L10 enables fast and precise testing and thus optimizes test efficiency.
Optional extensions, for example, enable detailed analysis functions with graphical display ( Option 1J5400OPG), the logging of measurements and results in real time (option 1J5400OPD) or the ability to control up to 12 x 3265B DC bias units (option 1J5400DCBIASKIT1 or 1J5400DCBIASKIT2).
