The FLIR A6301 is a highly sensitive, cooled Mid-Wave Infrared (MWIR) thermal imaging camera for applications in process monitoring, quality assurance and automation that can be used around the clock. Designed specifically for the needs of the manufacturing industry, this camera enables precise temperature measurement of moving objects, making production lines more efficient and improving product quality.

With the ability to detect even the smallest temperature differences, the A6301 is ideal for demanding machine vision applications that aim to increase throughput, reduce production interruptions and minimize downtime. The innovative linear cooling technology significantly reduces maintenance requirements, making the camera attractive for demanding 24/7 production environments.

With standardized interfaces and protocols (GEV and GenICam), integration into existing systems is simple and straightforward. The A6301 is the most compact cooled camera commercially available from FLIR and can be easily integrated into existing systems without size or weight constraints. Combined with other sensors and advanced machine learning technology, the FLIR A6301 supports more efficient and smarter process design.
