Get the analysis capabilities of an award-winning oscilloscope on your PC. Analyze signals anywhere, anytime. Tektronix TekScope software allows you to view and analyze signals, make a wide variety of measurements, and decode serial buses by remotely accessing your oscilloscope. With extended licensing options, you can add additional functions such as analysis with multiple oscilloscopes, decoding of additional serial buses, jitter analysis and power measurements.

Product features:

  • Easy Access to Your Remote Oscilloscope - Use TekScope to remotely access your Tektronix oscilloscope.
  • Share data with colleagues and clients - Stop sending batches of static screenshots and send entire data sets instead.
  • Synchronize signals from multiple oscilloscopes - Turn up to four oscilloscopes into a single virtual device.
  • Advanced analysis - even if your oscilloscope is not equipped for it - improve the analysis available on your oscilloscope with advanced functions.
