Das Tektronix TCP0020 ist eine präzise AC/DC-Stromzange mit einem Messbereich von bis zu 20 ARMS und der Fähigkeit, Spitzenströme von bis zu 100 A zu erfassen. Sie bietet eine Bandbreite von DC bis über 50 MHz, eine einfache Handhabung mit Split-Core-Konstruktion für einfache Schaltkreisverbindungen und geringe Rauschempfindlichkeit. Die Zange ist für vielfältige Anwendungen wie Stromversorgungen, Halbleitergeräte und elektronische Schaltungen geeignet, und sie lässt sich direkt mit TekVPI™-Schnittstellen-Oszilloskopen verbinden, was automatische Skalierung und Anzeige ermöglicht.
