Der Tektronix TAP1500L ist ein aktiver FET-Tastkopf, der speziell für Hochgeschwindigkeitssignalaufnahmen und die direkte Verbindung mit Oszilloskopen über die TekVPI-Schnittstelle entwickelt wurde. Dieser Tastkopf bietet herausragende elektrische und mechanische Eigenschaften, die für moderne digitale Systemdesigns erforderlich sind.

  • Bandbreite: ≥ 1,5 GHz, was eine zuverlässige Signalaufnahme bei hohen Frequenzen ermöglicht.Anstiegszeit: < 267 ps, ideal für schnelle Transientenmessungen.
  • Eingangskapazität: ≤ 1 pF, was die Belastung der zu testenden Schaltung minimiert.
  • Eingangswiderstand: 1 MΩ, bietet ausreichenden Schutz und minimiert Signalverzerrungen.
  • Eingangsspannungsbereich: -8 V bis +8 V, unterstützt Spannungen mit einer Schwingbreite von bis zu 16 V.
  • Eingangs-Offsetbereich: ± 10 V zur Kompensation von Gleichspannungen.
  • Maximale nicht-destruktive Eingangsspannung: ± 15 V (DC + Spitze AC).

Der TAP1500L benötigt einen von Tektronix empfohlenen DSP-Filter, der mit den Oszilloskopen der 4-, 5- und 6-Serien kompatibel ist, um die volle Bandbreite von ≥ 1,5 GHz zu erreichen. Der Tastkopf wird mit einem 7 Meter langen Kabel geliefert, um auch schwer zugängliche Testpunkte zu erreichen. Er eignet sich besonders für Hochgeschwindigkeits-Digitaldesigns, Komponentendesign und -charakterisierung, Forschung und Lehre, Spannungssignale mit bis zu 16 V Schwingbreite.
