The P5100A oscilloscope probe is an unbalanced probe for measuring ground-referenced voltages. The bandwidth is DC to 500 MHz. The maximum input voltage is 1 kV (effective) or 2.5 kV (peak). The fixed attenuation is 100x. The probe can be connected to any oscilloscope with a BNC socket and an input impedance of 1 MΩ. Input capacitances can be compensated in a wide range from 7 to 30 pF. Screwable accessories allow easy connection to the device under test. The P5100A-PKG set contains 10 P5100A oscilloscope probes.
