Active differential probes provide better signal reproduction and quality for high frequency measurements. Thanks to their extremely low input capacitance and their versatile connection options for test objects, the TDP1500 (1.5 GHz bandwidth) and TDP3500 (3.5 GHz bandwidth) active, asymmetric probes offer excellent high-speed electrical and mechanical performance required for modern digital system technology. The TDP1500 and TDP3500 differential probes are specifically designed for use with and direct connection to oscilloscopes with the TekVPI probe interface.
