The Tektronix MSO/DPO5000B series oscilloscopes are designed for engineers who debug and test complex systems. They feature exceptional signal quality and advanced analysis and math functions and are equally suitable for office and laboratory use.

The MSO models have 16 digital timing channels. In addition, all models can be equipped to decode the common serial protocols and thus provide a comprehensive overview of your systems. You can also run Windows-based analysis software directly on the oscilloscope.
