Description
AFG31101 | Arbitrary function generator, sine frequency range 1 µHz to 100 MHz, 1 channel, amplitude resolution 14 bit, advanced mode for complex arbitrary signals, with InstaView technology.
Double pulse test in less than a minute: The AFG31000 series arbitrary function generator has built-in software for double pulse tests. With this you can generate two signal forms with different pulse widths from 20 ns to 150 µs directly on the touch screen. B. measuring switching parameters or evaluating the dynamic behavior of ultra-modern power devices. No external PC applications and no manual programming are required.
With the integrated editor ArbBuilder, you can easily create and edit arbitrary signals, so that you do not need a separate PC and do not have to transfer files. The amplitude and offset parameters are saved in the signal. This means that the settings do not have to be re-parameterized after loading a normalized arbitrary signal.
In Advance Mode you can generate even more complex signals with a length of up to 16 million points per channel (optionally up to 128 million) and flexible timing and define their output sequence. The Advanced Mode supports inputs for branching, repetitions, waiting, jumping, go-to, external trigger-in, manual trigger, timed trigger as well as SCPI functions.

- Max. Output bandwidth
- 128Mpts memory
- Sequencing mode
Check the real signal on the device under test:
With the patented InstaView technology, you can see the actual signal on your DUT directly on the display - without the need for a separate oscilloscope with probes. This saves time and eliminates potentially incorrect test results due to mismatched impedances.
Protection of investments through online upgrades:
Bandwidth, storage capacity and the sequence option can be easily retrofitted thanks to the software-based architecture, so that you can adapt and update your function generator with your changing measurement tasks.
