The Tektronix 2-ULTIMATE package for MSO Series 2 oscilloscopes includes two options:

Tektronix 2-SOURCE

  • A 50 MHz arbitrary waveform generator capable of generating a variety of signals.
  • Ideal for testing and simulation in designs.
  • Applications include simulating sensor signals and adding noise for margin testing.
  • Enables verification and optimization of design functionality.

Tektronix 2-SERIAL

  • Provides trigger and analysis options for various serial protocols.
  • Supports protocols such as I2C, SPI, RS-232/422/485/UART, CAN, CAN FD, LIN and SENT.
  • Helpful in analyzing, troubleshooting and understanding protocol behavior.
  • Especially useful for developing and debugging automotive and IoT devices.
