Description
G100-75-3P | Genesys + power supply, DC, 1 U, 100 V / 75 A, 7,500 W, LAN, USB, RS-232, analogue
The TDK Lambda power supplies of the Genesys+ series are expanded by 6 models with excellent 7,500 W power in 1 U / 19 inches: 0-20 V / 375 A, 0-40 V / 188 A, 0-100 V / 75 A, 0- 150 V / 50 A, 0-600 V / 12.5 A and 0-1500 V / 5 A. The devices can be operated in constant current, constant voltage or constant power mode and also offer internal resistance simulation. The devices are specified for three-phase wide-range connections from 170 to 265Vac or from 342 to 528Vac with active power factor correction. The series benefits from the latest generation DSP (Digital Signal Processing) technology and components, including ferrite materials, to achieve efficiencies of 91 to 92%. Lower internal heat dissipation provides a higher power rating without sacrificing reliability.
Target applications for the 7,500W power supplies are automotive test applications - including electric and hybrid vehicles, research & development, general test applications, semiconductor manufacturing, battery manufacturing and renewable energy.
For added performance, the 7,500W power supplies utilize an advanced paralleling system that enables a multi-device system to achieve dynamic switching, ripple and noise performance comparable to a single power supply. Up to 12 GENESYS+ devices can be paralleled easily by connecting a single data transfer cable between the devices and paralleling the outputs. The master and slave devices configure themselves automatically by recognizing the parallel data connection and setting their parameters accordingly.
Programming is done via the front panel controls, remotely via LAN (LXI 1.5), USB 2.0 and RS232/485 communications, or via the isolated analogue interface (0-5V, 0-10V) provided as standard. Optional interfaces include EtherCAT, Modbus TCP or GPIB (IEEE488.2). Software drivers, a waveform creator and a virtual front panel GUI are included in the software package.
