RT-ZD01 | Probe, active, differential 100: 1/1000: 1, 100MHz, ± 1.400V, BNC (1422.0703.02)

When measuring power electronics, floating measurement is often required. Rohde & Schwarz offers the R & S®RT-ZD01 differential high-voltage probe for measuring effective voltages up to 1000 V (CAT III). The power supply takes place via the USB connection of the oscilloscope.

With its high input resistance of 8 MΩ and an input capacitance of 3.5 pF, the R & S®RT-ZD01 ensures low load on the test object. The switchable divider ratio of 1: 100 and 1: 1000 enables optimal adaptation to the input voltage swing to be measured and achieves maximum vertical resolution on the oscilloscope. The large common mode control range of ± 1400 V can be used for both divider ratios.
