1313.9952.02 | RSC-Z405 External switchable attenuator, 2.92mm connectors

The R&S®RSC series offers flexible solutions for various applications. There are variants with internal attenuators that cover frequencies up to 6 GHz or 18 GHz and can be adjusted in increments of 0.1 dB, 1 dB or 5 dB up to a maximum attenuation of 115 dB or 139 dB. The connectors can be ordered either at the front or at the back with RF interfaces.

Alternatively, variants with external attenuators are available that cover frequency ranges from DC to 40 GHz or 67 GHz. Up to four external attenuators can be controlled via the USB bus, and the R&S®RSC automatically recognizes and configures them according to the user's specifications. For applications without an internal attenuator, a low-cost basic unit is available that only handles operating and control tasks.

Integration into automated test systems is facilitated by rear USB, LAN and IEC bus interfaces. The R&S®RSC is command-compatible with the R&S®RSG, R&S®RSP and R&S®DPSP RF attenuators from Rohde & Schwarz. This facilitates integration into existing systems.

Overall, the R&S®RSC series offers a wide range of configuration options to meet the needs of different applications and enable easy integration into automated test environments.
