The Rohde & Schwarz MXO4 oscilloscope sets new standards and provides you with high-resolution results in the shortest possible time: 4.5 million waveforms per second, trigger rearm <21 ns, 12-bit ADC resolution (18-bit in HD mode), 400 Mpoints memory (expandable to 800 Mpoints) and a 13.3 inch capacitive full HD touchscreen .
With the MXO4, R&S are ringing in a new generation of oscilloscopes that combine maximum performance and excellent value for money. Adapt your MXO4 to your individual requirements, depending on what you need your oscilloscope for: Whether hardware debugging, serial bus analysis, power analysis, EMC debugging, or power supply integrity - with bandwidths from 200 MHz to 1.5 GHz , the MXO4 is yours ideal tool. Expand the already large memory depth of 400 Mpoints to 800 Mpoints if required.
The MXO4 has an excellent acquisition rate of over 4.5 million waveforms/s and a trigger rearm time of <21 ns , so you can see even the rarest anomalies immediately.
The MXO4's ADC has 12-bit vertical resolution , and in HD mode you get 18-bit resolution . Combined with the minimal noise of 104 µV at 1 GHz with 1 mV/div sensitivity and the ±5 V offset range at 500 µV/div sensitivity, you are able to analyze even the smallest signal details that would otherwise be obscured by the noise.
Record a larger time range than before with the large standard memory depth of 400 Mpoints per channel, which can optionally be expanded to 800 Mpoints . The MXO4 has history and segmented memory that allows you to record up to 1 million acquisitions.
For the first time in this class, the MXO4 offers the digital trigger known from the larger oscilloscope series, which, with a vertical 1/1000 division with freely selectable hysteresis, enables events to be pinpointed precisely and accurately. A low trigger jitter of just 1 ps and freely adjustable digital filters complete the trigger engine.
The Rohde & Schwarz MXO4 is available in the basic version with 200 MHz bandwidth, 4 analog channels, 400 Mpoints memory and 4.5 million wfs/s acquisition rate . Expand your bandwidth to 350 MHz, 500 MHz, 1 GHz or 1.5 GHz according to your individual requirements with a license key. Optionally, the memory depth can be expanded to 800 Mpoints . Further options extend the oscilloscope by 16 digital channels (mixed signal option MXO4-B1), an arbitrary generator (AWG MXO4-B6), as well as extended triggers:
