The high-speed differential probes of the PMK HSDP2000 series offer you outstanding performance values: >2 GHz bandwidth, high input impedance, low noise, up to ±20 V (40 Vpp) differential input range and 60 V common-mode voltage. The probes are ideal for in-circuit measurements in design, validation, troubleshooting, and characterization of a wide range of serial bus designs, as well as a variety of analog signals such as those used in power supplies. The probes support the most common serial bus interfaces, such as USB2.0, Ethernet (GbE), CAN/LIN, I2C, SPI, SATA, FireWire (1394b), FlexRay, HDMI, etc.
The specially developed PMK high-speed FET input amplifier is characterized by its excellent high-frequency response, low noise and minimal distortion and enables you to accurately capture the signals to be measured.
The probes are available with a cable length of 7.5 m or 1.3 m. The versions with a longer cable also allow you to test remote test points that are difficult to access. Thanks to the BNC output, the probes can be used with almost any oscilloscope.
The free "PMK Probe Control" software allows you to remotely control the probe via a computer. The software is included free of charge with the PMK 2-channel and 4-channel PS-02 and PS-03 power supplies.
The new, battery-operated 1-channel power supply unit AP-01 is suitable for flexible operation and enables mobile, unbound use of more than 8 hours. The AP-01 only powers the probe and does not offer software remote control.
