TA057 | Probe, differential 20X / 200X, 25MHz, ± 1400V, BNC

The TA057 probe is designed according to CAT III and is a differential oscilloscope probe that can be used up to ± 1400 V.

Specifications for the TA047 differential probe:

  • Bandwidth: DC to 25 MHz (- 3 dB)
  • Input impedance: 4 MΩ / 5.5 pF from each input to ground
  • Attenuator: 20: 1 switchable to 200: 1
  • Input voltage:
    Max. Differential voltage with attenuation 1/20: ± 140 V (DC + peak AC) or 140 V rms
    Max. Differential voltage with 1/200 attenuation: ± 1400 V (DC + peak AC) or 1000 V rms
    Common mode input voltage: ± 1400V (DC + peak AC) or 1000 V rms (with attenuation 1/20 and 1/200)
  • Maximum input voltage: Differential or in common mode: ± 1400 V (DC + peak AC) or 1000 V rms, CAT III (with attenuation 1/20 and 1/200)
