TA044 | Probe, differential, high voltage 100X / 1000X, 70MHz, ± 7000V, BNC

Specifications for the TA044 differential probe:

  • Bandwidth: DC to 70 MHz (- 3 dB)
  • Attenuator: 100: 1 switchable to 1000: 1
  • Input impedance: 10 MΩ / 10 pF from each input to ground
  • Input voltage: - Max. Differential voltage with attenuation 1/100: ± 700 V (DC + peak AC) or 700 V rms- Max. Differential voltage with attenuation 1/1000: ± 7000 V (DC + peak AC) or 5000 V rms - Common mode input voltage: ± 7000V (DC + peak AC) or 2500 V rms (with attenuation 1/100 and 1/1000)
  • Maximum absolute input voltage: - Differential or in common mode: ± 7000 V (DC + peak AC) or 2500 V rms CAT III (with attenuation 1/10 and 1/100)
