Description
PP979 | USB-PC differential pulse generator PG914 2-fold output, dual-mode 40/60 ps pulses
The PP979 / PG914 pulse generator from PICO Technology offers differential pulses with slope steepnesses of <60 ps in 50 Ω. The amplitude of this output can be varied between 2.5 V and 6 V. This allows modules, transmission paths and networks with high bandwidth to be controlled with this one device. It also has a differential output with pulse edges <40 ps and an amplitude of> 200 mV.
With the output signals, which are also available differentially at the output, high-speed or broadband transmissions can be carried out in many different applications such as B. in reflection measurements, semiconductor tests, Gbit connections, interface tests and in radar systems.
Differential high-speed data transmission measurements are becoming increasingly important in the fields of data communication in computing, transmission and telecommunications. Inexpensive pulse generators with steep flanks like the PicoSource® PG900 series are currently not available on the market. PICO Technology has closed this gap with the PG900 series pulse generator.
