The bandwidth of 20 GHz allows measurements of a pulse edge of 17.5 ps, with the very low sampling jitter offering a time resolution of 64 fs. The sequential sampling rate of 1 MS/s allows the sampled signal to be quickly assembled into an eye diagram or a histogram.
