Frequency and time domain measurements are carried out without dead time, so that you can also record very fast signal changes or random events. The outstanding graphic display contributes to the optimal interpretation of your measurement results by displaying the measurement values both numerically and in the form of histograms, trend lines, etc. You receive all essential signal information without additional measuring devices such as B. a multimeter is required. The parameter setting is menu-oriented, which enables particularly controlled and simple device operation. Visual instructions will help you with the calibration.
The powerful frequency counter CNT-91 is also characterized by its high measuring speed and resolution. It enables up to 250,000 measurements per second. The measurement resolution for the time domain measurement is up to 50 ps. The CNT-91 displays frequency measurements with up to 12 digits. It is used as a universal high-performance counter and timer in research, development and production, especially in automated test systems, e.g. B. to determine the attenuation or phase shift of a filter.
With the Modulation Domain Analyzer software TimeView 3 you can expand the measurement and statistical functions of your CNT-91. Thanks to the high measuring speed, very fast signal changes of time or frequency can be analyzed in real time, e.g. B. hopping frequencies up to 20 GHz, CW (continuous wave), Doppler pulse or chirp radar signals, digital modulations or frequency stability (Allan deviation ADEV).
