The multifunctional frequency counter CNT-90XL from Pendulum Instruments is used on the one hand as an ultra-fast and high-resolution 400 MHz universal counter and timer. As a high-performance analyzer for the precise measurement and calibration of frequencies, powers and pulsed HF up to 30 ns, e.g. B. the pulse width or PRI / PRF (pulse repetition interval / frequency), it is also used in research and development, in radar tests or in calibration laboratories. Its speed enables up to 250,000 measurements per second. The measurement resolution for the time domain measurement is up to 100 ps. The CNT-90XL displays frequency measurements with 12 digits. The unique user-friendliness of the CNT-90XL with graphic and numerical display enables optimal control over your analyzes. The portable frequency counter with battery is available for maximum versatility.

High performance timer / counter / analyzer:
  • High resolution for efficient use in research, development and production (100 ps for time, 12 digits for frequency measurements)
  • With analysis function for modulation domains through the detection of fast frequency changes with up to 250 kSa / s
  • Zero dead time technology and the continuous time stamping of trigger events enable the correct measurement of the Allan deviation (ADEV) as well as mechanical or medical applications (e.g. nerve impulses, breathing)
  • Very high accuracy due to OCXO time reference for calibration purposes
