As a rule, no training documents are created for an individual training course, but a maximum of short presentations on specific topics. There are no exercises, the topics are explained using examples and demos in conversation with the participants.
Important NOTE:
No changes are made to existing systems or programs during a technical consultation. It is possible that sample programs are developed in advance or during the consultation. In this case, any code given to the participants is subject to a Sample Code License.
Please note that the code has not been finally tested and is not approved for use in an end application, a productive system or, in particular, in dangerous environments. The code is an unfinished product that can still contain various errors. In view of this, we cannot guarantee the functionality and freedom from defects of the code. Use of the code is at your own risk. The liability of dataTec AG and the consultant is excluded. Although the code is not a finished product, any mandatory liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected by the above restrictions.
This means that the code must not be copied and used directly in an existing system, but only serves as a guide when developing your own applications. If the code or parts of it are copied directly, the participant assumes full responsibility for possible consequences. If documents are prepared for a technical consultation, this must be agreed individually for each consultation and the preparation time required for this must be calculated separately. The same applies to examples that are prepared in advance for the agreed topics. The result of the consultation is usually a record of the topics discussed and all other documents that are created during the training (code examples, architectural plans ...).
