The NI PXIe-LCR5100 bundle includes the 5-slot PXI chassis PXIe-1083 and the PXI LCR meter PXIe-4190. The PXIe-4190 is an inductance, capacitance, and resistance (LCR) meter with class fF capacitance measurements and a precision SMU (Source Measure Unit) with class fA current measurements, allowing you to measure and verify the LCR of electronic devices. The PXIe-4190 can be used in CV/IV (capacitance-voltage-current-voltage) test systems for semiconductor applications and is supported by the NI-DCPower device driver, which includes APIs for LabVIEW, C, C# .NET, Python, and other programming languages. The included chassis features all hybrid connectors, 58W power and cooling performance, and an integrated Thunderbolt 3 MXI Express controller. In addition, the PXIe-LCR5100 bundle includes a D-SUB to BNC cable, a Thunderbolt cable and a power cable.
