Description
785065-01 | CompactDAQ chassis NI cDAQ-9189 (8 slots, Ethernet)
The cDAQ-9189 is a CompactDAQ Ethernet chassis for use in distributed sensor measurement systems. The chassis is used to control timing, synchronization and data transfer between I / O modules of the C-series and an external host. The chassis enables the combination of I / O modules of the C series in order to carry out mixed measurements with analog and digital I / O as well as counters / timers. The chassis enables exact, synchronized timing over the network using the TSN (Time-Sensitive Networking) standard, which is ideal for widely distributed measurements over large distances. The chassis has an integrated network switch for easy daisy-chaining. The chassis also has four universal 32-bit counters / timers that can be accessed via a hardware-clocked digital module of the C series and B. are suitable for applications that include rotary pulses, pulse width modulation or the generation of pulse trains.
