784253-01 | CP500X, passive coaxial probe head with ground reference, 500 MHz, 60 V DC, attenuation (10: 1)

The CP500X is a coaxial passive probe head with fixed 10-fold attenuation for oscilloscopes with an input resistance of 1 MΩ. The length of the probe is 1 meter. The CP500X can be connected on the signal input side and on the device side with BNC connections.
