The PXIe-5114 is a cost-optimized oscilloscope with two channels with a sampling rate of up to 250 MS / s and flexible settings for coupling, impedance, voltage range and filtering. PXI oscilloscopes also offer various trigger modes, a large integrated memory, and an instrument driver that provides data streaming and analysis functions. The device is particularly suitable for applications with fast signals that require flexible measurement configurations and an analog bandwidth of up to 125 MHz. The PXIe-5114 has advanced PXI-based functions for synchronization and data streaming.
