The cRIO ‑ 9030 is an embedded controller that is ideal for demanding control, regulation and monitoring applications. The software-designed controller has an FPGA and a real-time processor with the NI Linux Real-Time operating system, which gives users access to the Linux community. The embedded user interface and Mini DisplayPort enable the implementation of a local HMI that simplifies application development. The robust, fanless controller has an SDHC slot and offers various connection options, including two Gigabit Ethernet and two serial interfaces as well as two USB host connections and a USB device connection. The registered trademark Linux® is used pursuant to a sublicense from LMI, the exclusive licensee of Linus Torvalds, owner of the mark on a worldwide basis.
