The PXIe-5160 high-speed oscilloscope features two or four channels with sample rates up to 2.5 GS/s and flexible settings for coupling, voltage range, and filtering.
PXI oscilloscopes also offer multiple trigger modes, large onboard memory, and an instrument driver that provides data streaming and analysis capabilities. The device is particularly suitable for applications with fast signals that require an analog bandwidth of up to 500 MHz and flexibility in the measurement configuration.
The PXIe-5160 features high-precision trigger circuitry, PXI-based synchronization and data streaming capabilities. Some models also support CableSense technology, which detects and locates errors, changes and discontinuities in the signal path.
