The sbRIO ‑ 9236 module simultaneously performs dynamic strain measurements on all channels, which enables synchronized measurements at high speed. Simultaneous sampling is an important factor in applications such as impact tests where it is necessary to compare results from multiple channels at a given point in time. The sbRIO-9236 module has an integrated excitation current source for quarter-bridge sensors. With its isolation up to 60 VDC and its transient isolation up to 1000 Veff, the module largely reduces the susceptibility to common-mode voltages and increases user and test system safety. Modules without a housing are designed for OEM applications.
