778472-01 | USB-232, USB to RS-232 serial port, 1 connector, 2 m

The USB‑232 interface provides an asynchronous serial port instead of a USB port to enable communication with devices equipped with the RS‑232 interface. The USB-232 port can be used within applications as a standard serial port, for example for RTS/CTS hardware handshake lines. NI serial interfaces appear as standard COM ports, which means that they are compatible with programs that use serial communication.
