The PA306 preamplifier is used to amplify weak measurement signals such as near-field probes or antennas. It is characterized by low noise behavior and a high dynamic range over a wide frequency range.

The PA306 preamplifier is connected to the 50 Ω input of a spectrum analyzer or oscilloscope. The PA 306 is powered by the plug-in power supply. A near field probe is connected to the input of the preamplifier with the appropriate cable.
