ABex current measurement module for supply voltage monitoring of up to 6 test objects

The ABex TM-406 is a six-channel shunt current measurement extension. Each of the six shunt current measurement units features a passive measurement shunt, overcurrent protection, a measurement bridge relay, and the ability to pass the quiescent current to a TM-501 ABex meter with PXI-501.

In addition, the ABex TM-406 has 8 isolated digital outputs (IDOs) and 12 measurement inputs that can be routed to the analog bus.
