PZ2130A | 5 channel Precision SMU with 100pA, 30V, 500mA DC

The 5 channel precision source/measure unit (SMU) PZ2130A of the Keysight PZ2100 series is a module for the PZ2100A mainframe.

  • Up to 20 Ch in 1U rack height
  • Excellent value for money in multi-channel applications cost/channel
  • Sample rate of 250 kSa/s
  • Low noise down to 25μVrms with PX0107A

In addition to the module presented here, the Keysight PZ2100 series has other modules:

  • PZ2110A High-Resolution SMU with 1.25 MSa/s, 10 fA, 210 V, 315 mA DC/pulse
  • PZ2120A High-Speed SMU with 1 MSa/s, 100 fA, 60 V, 3.5 A DC/10.5 A pulse
