Description
N6756A | Power supply double module, DC, 1-channel, 60 V / 17 A / 500 W, for N6700C / N6705C
The Keysight N6756A, a module of the high-performance DC voltage series, offers an output voltage of 0 to 60 V at a maximum of 17 A. A power of 500 W can be requested from this module. It is characterized by fast programmability (approx. 10 to 50 times faster than other programmable power supplies) and by high precision of the output values. A high-speed test option is also available, which is typically used for the transient test of the DUT (device under test).
In conjunction with the N6705 power analyzer, you can easily examine the power consumption of your DUT. The low output noise and the precise current control in the milli- and micro-amp range are to be emphasized. At the same time, the output current and voltage can be measured and these data values and the values for the output power can be stored in an oscilloscope-like data memory.
The power supply module has a flexible, power- controlled autorange output stage that reduces the current when the output voltage is high or the voltage when the output current is high so that the maximum output power is not exceeded. A wide range of applications can be covered with just one module and offers up to three times higher output power in comparison and depending on the voltage setting. The complete module system includes 4 mainframes (N6700, N6701 and N6702 for test systems) and a mainframe (N6705), for use in the workplace e.g. B. is intended for development and service in which the module N6756A can be used. The main area of application is development and production in automatic test systems (ATE).
