N6711C | Modular power supply system, 600 W, basic device

The MPS (Modular Power System) power supply series N6700C from Keysight (formerly Agilent's electronic measurement technology) is a modularly expandable power supply with a height of just one height unit for diverse applications in laboratory and production environments. The large selection of different power supply modules makes the N6701C modular power supply ideally adaptable to any user application.

For integration into test benches and remote control applications using a PC, the N6700 power supply can be controlled via the standard USB, GPIB or LAN interface. The N6700 is fully LXI compatible and also offers an integrated web server for remote control via LAN.

  • SMU modules, (source / measure unit) characteristics and performance data: display of output voltage, current and power - output power up to 20 W, module output voltage ± 20 V, module output current ± 3 A voltmeter accuracy 0.025% +50 µV, ammeter accuracy 0.025% +8 nA - modulation of the output voltage up to 100 kHz
  • Application-specific modules, one module specifically for measuring batteries , the other for testing mobile, battery-powered mobile devices ; Characteristics and performance data: Display of output voltage, current and power - output power up to 24 W, module output voltage up to 8 V, module output current -2 to +3 A- voltmeter accuracy 0.05% + 5 mV, ammeter accuracy 0.1% + 75µA operation in 2 quadrants
