Differential Keysight N2891A high-voltage probe (formerly Agilent's electronic metrology) with 70MHz bandwidth.

  • 70 MHz bandwidth
  • User selectable attenuators of 100: 1 or 1000: 1
  • designed to perform both differential measurements and common mode measurements up to ± 7000 V with an attenuation of 1000: 1
  • Supply voltage from 4 AA batteries or through the USB interface of an oscilloscope or PC

N2891A | Probe, differential, high voltage 100X / 1000X, 70MHz, 7kV, BNC

In the high-voltage range and the need to measure differentially, that's the scope of the Keysight (formerly Agilent's electronic measurement technology) N2891A oscilloscope probe. Up to ± 7000 V can be controlled with this probe in conventionally grounded oscilloscopes and both differential and common mode measurements are possible. This probe is compatible with any oscilloscope that has an input resistance of 1 MΩ and a BNC input socket. The probe tip is powered by 4 AA batteries, via the USB connection of the oscilloscope or a PC using the supplied USB cable.
