Keysight (formerly Agilent's electronic measurement technology) N2889A - Passive probe with 10 MHz / 350 MHz bandwidth, 10: 1/1: 1 divider and BNC connector.

  • Bandwidth: 350 MHz (in 10: 1 attenuator mode) and up to 10 MHz (in 1: 1 attenuator mode)
  • Rise time: 1 ns at 10: 1 and 35 ns at 1: 1 (pulse edge 10% - 90%)
  • Attenuator 10: 1 or 1: 1 switchable
  • Input resistance 10 MΩ (at 10: 1) or 1 MΩ (at 1: 1 if the oscilloscope has an input impedance of 1 MΩ)
  • Input capacitance: 11 pF (at 10: 1) and 60 pF (at 1: 1)
  • Compensation range of the oscilloscope input capacitance: 5 to 30 pF (at 10: 1)
  • Maximum input voltage: 300 VRMS (or> 400Vpk) CAT I / II (@ 10: 1), 150 V RMS CAT I / II (@ 1: 1)
  • Connection BNC connector

N2889A | Probe, passive 10X / 1X, 350 / 10MHz, 1.3m, BNC

The Keysight N2889A (formerly Agilent's electronic measurement technology) is an inexpensive probe with a bandwidth of 350 MHz and a high input resistance of 10 MΩ (in 10: 1 attenuator mode) in order to introduce the lowest possible load at the measuring point. The attenuator ratio can be switched from 1: 1 or 10: 1 using a switch in the sample head.

The probe compensation can be tuned to either high or low frequencies. For the best measurement results, the probe should be matched to the respective oscilloscope.
This probe can be used on all oscilloscopes with an input capacitance of: 5 to 30 pF.
The probe is intended for general applications.
