N2873A | Probe, Passive 10X, 500MHz, BNC Read Out
The passive Keysight (formerly Agilent's electronic measurement technology) probe N2873A offers a bandwidth from 0 to 500 MHz and an attenuator of 10: 1 and is intended for general use. The small diameter of the probe tip of 2.5 mm, the small input capacity and the large number of accessories, especially for small pin spacings, make it ideal for measurements on ICs or surface-mount components (SMD).
The sharp tip is designed with a spring so that it is held in the middle of an IC connector by a special insulated holder, which prevents a short circuit to neighboring IC pins. Special adapters for good ground contact are also available. This probe is ideal for all Keysight InfiniiVision and Infiniium series oscilloscopes with an input resistance of 1 MΩ. The N2873A probe is included with the Keysight 9000 Series scope.
