N2801A | Probe, active, differential 20 GHz, InfiniiMax III, AutoProbe II

The InfiniiMax III probe system offers the largest bandwidth, along with the lowest load for the measuring point, in order to open a new chapter in measuring accuracy and measuring signal reproduction. Four different InfiniiMax III probe amplifiers are available, from 16 GHz to 30 GHz to adapt to your measurement conditions and ultimately also to the budget.

An InP (indium phosphide) IC process used by Keysight offers a 200 GHz cut-off frequency with rear ground connections. The first thick film technology implemented with this IC technology, used for the InfiiniMax III probe systems, in order to obtain the best performance for your measurement task. No other product on the market can keep up with this.
