Description

N1428A | Component testing device for N1413 with B2980 series

The N1428A is specially designed for operation with the B2985A/87A electrometer/high-impedance meter. It is equipped with two component modules to accommodate SMD, lead and other components. Electrical interference is reduced by the use of a shielded housing. A built-in interlock circuit enables safe high-voltage measurements.
