N1424B | Resistance measuring cell for N1413 with B2980 series, electrodes with diameter 26 and 50 mm

The N1424B is specially designed for use with the B2985A/87A electrometer/high-impedance meter. It is used to measure the surface or volume resistance of insulating materials. The N1413A adapter for high-resistance meters is required to connect the N1424B to the B2985A/87A.
