The oscilloscope redefined: more oscilloscopes for the same money - thanks to revolutionary technology. The Keysight (formerly Agilent's electronic measurement technology) InfiniiVision 3000 X-Series oscilloscopes offer features and upgrade options that you won't find in any other oscilloscope in this price range. These oscilloscopes offer the largest screen , the largest memory and the highest signal update rate in this class.

These oscilloscopes are unusually versatile because they combine the functions of many measuring devices: oscilloscope, logic timing analyzer and WaveGen function generator (optional). Your investment is optimally protected: all models can be upgraded in every respect - including bandwidth. Ideal oscilloscopes for use in laboratories / research / development / production.
