The Infiniium S-Series oscilloscope family was developed to provide the greatest possible variety of measurements. The S-series family has the largest display on the market, oscilloscope-based protocol decoding and the largest number of analysis and conformance test tools . This oscilloscope also offers the best signal integrity on the market.
The Infiniium oscilloscope has a 38.1 cm capacitive XGA display and works whisper-quiet (35 dB) in a 23 cm deep housing with a weight of only 12 kg. This oscilloscope is a powerful measuring tool for today and for the future.

This was made possible by highly integrated modules and a highly efficient motherboard that can carry out very fast signal processing and signal measurements. The maximum sampling rate is 20 GSa / s, with a resolution of 10 bits and a standard memory depth of 200 Mpts or 100 Mpts
This series of oscilloscopes features the world's fastest 10-bit A / D converter . Compared to conventional oscilloscopes with 8-bit A / D converters, the S series offers a four times higher amplitude resolution and therefore shows more signal details.
In combination with a new, low-noise input stage, the S series achieves an effective amplitude resolution (ENOB, Effective Number Of Bits) of over 8 bits - this is an industry record .
